Jessica has been with Flex Companies since 2011. As of 2023, she actively manages Flex's 45+ residential and/or commercial properties and 13 entities. In addition to Flex Companies, Jessica owns Cheyenne Nicole Management and works with Texas Old Town as a Corporate Event Coordinator.
She is a proud member of the International Society of Female Professionals, American Association of Notaries and the NARPM® - National Association of Residential Property Managers, Houston Chapter. She holds certificates in NARPM® Code of Ethics, NARPM® Finance and Property Management, NARPM® Profitability & Client Relations, Intuit QuickBooks Level 1 and 2 and Excel Solutions: Microsoft Office - Excel Level 1 and 2.
She is currently in the process of obtaining the ARM®, Certified Quality Event Planner (CQEP)™, and Event Planning Specialist Certification (CEPS).
In her spare time, you can find Jessica volunteering, attending sporting events or traveling.

Kristin has been with Flex Companies since 2020. In 2022, Kristin added the roles of Flex Companies' Garfield RV Park Manager and Assistant Corporate Event Coordinator for Texas Old Town.
She is a proud member of the NARPM® - National Association of Residential Property Managers, Houston Chapter. She holds certificates in NARPM® Code of Ethics, NARPM® Finance and Property Management and NARPM® Profitability & Client Relations.
She is currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license, Certified Quality Event Planner (CQEP)™, and Event Planning Specialist Certification (CEPS).
